Our Mission

The Black Dental Network (BDN), a social enterprise, stands as a distinguished collective with the dual mission of empowering through education and supporting through social and community initiatives. Our focus is on ambitious Black Dentists and Dental Care Professionals, fostering an environment that enables them to realize their full potential. Concurrently, we are committed to elevating the representation and visibility of these dedicated professionals within the Dental Industry in the UK. Additionally, our goal is to raise the aspirations of black students, encouraging them to consider careers within Dentistry as a viable option for their future.

We now have over 160 registered members across the UK.

A Caring Community

Our events and social media platforms are designed to foster meaningful connections between our BDN members and forge positive relationships within the wider Dental community.
