Terms and Conditions for Black Dental Network (BDN) Excellence Conference
Welcome to the Black Dental Network (BDN) Excellence Conference 2024. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing your ticket:
1. Ticketed Event: The BDN Excellence Conference is a ticketed event, granting access to both the Day Conference and Evening Gala. Tickets are non-refundable.
2. Commercial Sponsors: Please note that commercial sponsors will be present at the event. They do not represent BDN, and BDN does not endorse or represent the sponsors.
3. Photography and Videography: Photography and videography will be conducted during the conference and gala. By attending, you agree to allow BDN to use these images and videos for promotional purposes, including on social media.
4. Venue: The event will take place at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole in the NEC region. Attendees are responsible for arranging their own travel and accommodation if applicable.
5. Day Conference Speakers: The Day Conference will feature speakers on both Clinical and Non-clinical topics related to the theme 'Making The Complex Simple.' These speakers are invited guests and do not work for BDN.
6. Non-Dental Guests: Those who have purchased a ticket can invite non-dental guests to the Evening Gala for a non-refundable fee.
7. Menu Selection: The Day Conference fee includes lunch. Attendees will need to pre-select menu options for the Evening Gala.
8. Evening Gala Keynote Speaker: The Evening Gala will feature a keynote speaker. Please note that this speaker does not work for BDN and their views and insights are their own.
9. Event Accessibility: The event is open to all, not just Black Dental Clinicians. It is also open to Hygienists and Therapists.
