With over two decades in brand and sports marketing and communication, including notable roles at PUMA and Apple, Terence has founded a consultancy that merges his professional communications expertise with personal passions; focusing on DEI and brand and sports marketing.

A common thread through many of Terence’s achievements is breaking down barriers through communication; his most noteworthy projects include the launch of the first iPhone, bringing the Jamaican Football Federation ‘Reggae Boys’ to market during their sole World Cup appearance, spearheading Olympic campaigns with Usain Bolt, and orchestrating activations for renowned teams like Arsenal FC and Borussia Dortmund.

His depth of experience encompasses brokerage at Lloyds of London and a tenure at the Food and Agricultural Organisation (FAO) to the United Nations.

As a consultant, Terence has contributed to initiatives like YouTube Black, supported anti-racism efforts in Italian football, and written on sport and diversity for Divercity Magazine (Italy).

He currently serves on the board of the Watches of Switzerland Charitable Foundation and owns a culturally diverse bar/restaurant in Nurnberg, while also hosting a radio show on Radio Z in Germany.
